MISSION STATEMENT
We provide homeowners with the services they need to their property that will
allow them to stay
at home.
Leeward Group takes care of the property not the person. We provide one number
to call and one contact person to help homeowners with all the services we provide. In
essence we are turning the home into a condominium. Anything needed to maintain
the home, providing the homeowner with the peace of mind of living at home and a
lifestyle one could only dream of having at home. Costs are hourly based on the
service needed. The homeowner maintains ownership of
the home we only do the maintenance.
BASIC SERVICE
The most basic of services is lawn care. We own and operate a lawn care business
and have all the equipment necessary to take care of the yard. We feel that that
lawn care is the first step to earning the right to help the homeowner with
other projects around the house. In the fall, leaves, trees and bushes are
maintained. In the winter, snow is removal and salt is spread on steps and
sidewalks to provide a well maintained and safe walking surface.
MINOR REPAIRS
Minor repairs can range from window washing, to painting and electrical work. We
specialize in Ageing-In-Place improvements and Universal Design. As needs
change our service becomes more valuable to make alterations that will allow the
homeowner to stay at home as long as physically possible.
MAJOR REPAIRS
Any major repairs are stressful and costly. Leeward Group will take the stress
out of any major repair. Knowing who to call and who to trust is the first
challenge. If for some reason we cannot do the repair ourselves we will act as
general contractor to make sure the price is right, and each project is done on
time, eliminating any stress to the homeowner.
